Niagara Brewing used to make a Maple Wheat Ale; I used to pick a couple up when I lived in Brampton back in the early 1990′s. Don’t miss Brampton much, but I sure miss the beer. The maple wheat along with their Eisbock was such a treat even at $6.50 for a 650 ml bottle. So much so that I will be trying to replicate one using either a Festa Wheat wort kit or a Brewhouse Prairie Wheat kit (likely the Brewhouse one first)
